  5. The warranty is void if the watch has been tampered with. It is fairly easy for the service center to tell if the watch is not working or damaged due to user action or if the watch has been tampered with. In such cases there will be a charge for the repair which will be assessed by the service center.

 

We accept returns and will refund you for your purchase under the conditions mentioned below.

To be eligible for return or change, all watches need to be sent back to us in the first 30 days following the receipt of the watch and must meet the subsequent conditions:

  1. Watch in original operating condition without a accidental damage resulting from you.
  2. No scratches on the watch case, glass or watch strap due to usage.
  3. No resizing, altering of bracelet
